Article Creation

Articles may be created by users with Author Permission or higher.

AUTHORS

1. Create new Article & Submit. New unpublished article is created in Drafts category.  Author is no longer able to view draft until published by Publisher.   Publisher is only group able to view Unpublished articles. 
   1. Publisher is notified immediately by email when a new article is created.
   2. Publisher reviews draft and may set published.  Publisher may set article category or let remain in Drafts category for a time. 
2. After Publishing, Author may view article & edit own article at will. Editors & Publishers may also Edit Article. 
3. Author may not change article category. (Editors & Publishers)
4. Editor may not change Published/Unpublished state. (Only Publishers)
